Xtrafloor Power Underlay (Click Fit) - 10m x 1m

Xtrafloor Power Underlay is a proprietary polyurethane foam underlay with mineral filler and a polyethylene vapour barrier layer. It is specifically designed to diffuse and dissipate surface heat while also reducing impact sound transfer through Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) click floorcovering. This product improves the subfloor and helps bridge minor cracks, grout lines, or surface irregularities.

• No film to remove – simply roll out and lay
• Helps bridge some gaps and subfloor irregularities
• dB reduction with 4.5mm Flex Click is 14dB
• Enhanced heat diffusion/dissipation on increased surface temperatures
• Integrated vapour barrier, suitable for subfloors up to 90% Relative Humidity (RH)
• Thermal resistance: 0.01 m²K/W (0.10 tog or 1/10th of a tog)
• Suitable for use with Underfloor Heating (UFH)
