Application Guidelines

For optimum adhesion, all substrates should be clean, dry, structurally sound and free from dust, grease or contaminants before application. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned using methylated spirits and dried thoroughly with a clean, oil-free and lint-free cloth.

Any uncured excess sealant can be removed easily from tools and smooth surfaces. Where applied to porous materials, allow the sealant to partially cure before carefully removing surplus material by mechanical means. Care should always be taken when working around delicate plastics or coated finishes.
